How to sign up

  • Go to our Website: www.glamourheads.org, Info "How to swim with us"

  • In the "Book a session" section, click on the link "View products/packages."

  • Choose one of the following passes: 5-pass, 10-pass, or Monthly pass.

    • New swimmers have access to their free sessions by entering 1FREE, 2FREE, 3FREE in the Code section when booking their sessions.

  • Create an account by buying your first pass

    • Enter your MSV number into "Notes to business."

    • You receive a confirmation/certificate page via email which details the code, including a QR code, (Note: where applicable, you can use this certificate for your private health card)

  • Choice of different pools: available pools, locations and session times are listed

  • You can download the app and set it up with the address: glamourheads.as.me

  • Android App

  • iPhone App

 

How to book your session

  • NOTE: You can create an account after booking your first session

  • once you have obtained your pass, you can book any single and/or reoccurring sessions

    • use Code or Email 

    • select "Complete appointment" – not "Apply" when finalising your booking

    • first time user has to "Register for an account"; 

    • You can also use the Acuity app to manage your booking. Check our Website for more details

FAQ

What will happen if I show up after the session's start time without a booking?

We will ask you to make a direct deposit for a single session ($15) to be able to swim.

 

I am a new swimmer and had my 3 FREE swims. What do I do next?

You need to sign up with MSV for insurance purposes.

My 5-pass/10-pass shows an expiry date?!

Currently, the expiry date is 3 months. 

 

Do I have to book a session as a monthly pass holder?

YES. This is important for the attendance taker to know who is coming. In the future, coaches might have to limit/cap the number of swimmers if the pool gets too busy. Currently, the number of spots is limited to 30. 

 

I can't make it to a session. What do I do?

If you booked with a pass 5 or 10, you must reschedule before the start time or the session to avoid losing the value of your pass.

If you booked with a monthly pass, you could just cancel that session.

 

Can I book ahead?

YES. Depending on pool availability and committee confirmation, all booking sessions can be selected.

 

Can I cancel the direct debit for my monthly pass within the booking system?

Unfortunately, there is no option for you to cancel the direct debit yourself. You must contact admin booking@glamourhead.org to cancel or pause your direct debit.

 

I have signed up for the booking system. Do I still need to sign up with MSV (Master Swimming Victoria)?

YES. The MSV account is separate. You need to be a member of MSV to be able to swim with us for insurance purposes. It also entitles you to compete in Master Swimming Events around the country.

 

Will I be notified if training sessions are cancelled?

YES. Notification of pool cancellation is sent out by email.
