This continues to be great value, especially the monthly option that works out to $5 per session!  In fact, you get 12 1.5hr sessions for the same price as 1 hour personal training session!  Our casual fee of $12 compares very favourably with other Masters squads and remember, if you're under 25 you will qualify for our youth rates too!
