On your first visit just a bottle of water but once you become a member, we require you to have your own kick board, pull buoy and set of fins.

We have swimmers of varying abilities and have lanes to cater for all sorts. We do however, ask that you can at least swim 300 metres of freestyle non stop and at least be able to swim one other stroke.  If you can achieve that, pop along and one of our coaches will assess your ability and assign you to an appropriate lane.

You can wear whatever bathers you feel most comfortable in (although maybe leave the g-string at home!).  Briefs, board shorts, bikinis, full body suits, it really doesn't matter when you start as long as you feel comfortable.  Once you get into it, you'll find that bathers designed for competitive swimming (ie one piece bathers for girls and briefs/trunks for the boys) are the most comfortable but that decision is yours.  You may even want to purchase a pair of team bathers!

We require that you become a member of the club after four sessions.  This is due to insurance purposes and also enables you to compete in AUSSI Masters events.

We swim at Wesley College Pool (25 metre, indoor), corner of High Street and Punt Road in Prahran, every Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6.30pm to 8.00pm.
